Here we go again another early retirement and upcoming appointment. if you are not willing to serve your term , because 35 years of government work / elected office time or turning 59 1/2 is not a surprise, don't run. I am sick of the leaving early and replacements are made by a select few with a secret ballot and no annoucement of the real vote total of the central committee.
