I say we wait until he has committed a crime before we lock him up. Maybe a month for disobeying a court order, which never should have been issued in the first place as he has done nothing wrong.

I don't recall having ever read of a law against drinking pee. Maybe our lawmakers could bring that up at the next session if they can break away from the cameras for a second.

No, it is not against the lawfor drinking pee but it could but hazardous to his health. That is why I said mental institution to possibly fix whatever caused him to drink urine.

They are tired of scraping people like you off the cement after a horrific accident. Seems to me that you don't like rules. Rules are laws, we all have to abide by them and yes it is for people that don't have a lick of common sense safety. My cousin was killed on a motorcycle in Austin a week and a half ago and he was wearing a helmet. Imagaine how many of these we would hear about if laws werent in place. Beside I thought you could ride a bike without a helmet but the passanger could not.

If I am not mistaken, doesn't urine contain things that you body is trying to get ride off. Hence the word "waste". I am sure over time drinking pee is not good for you and could cause something to go wrong. cleaning medical equipment is much different from drinking it...BTW.

OH and back in the late 80's early 90's another friend of mine was thrown off the back of a pickup truck after a wreck and then bitten by a rattle snake

So because your friend got into a wreck and bitten by a snake, we should no longer ride in the back of a truck. The helmet law hasn't been proved to save lives on a motorcycle. In many nstances, it causes deaths. The neck can't support the extra weight in an accident. Sometimes the chin brace is jammed into the ground and breaks the neck. I personally will never wear a helmet on a motorcycle. You are correct on the passenger having to ride a helmet on a mc. I was talking about a bicyle. In dallas you are required to wear a hot helmet. The seatbelt law? If you pull in front of a vehicle by "accident" and it t-bones you, you are held in place by the seatbelt. Without it, you could be pushed away from the impact. The urine does remove waste, but it is waste from the blood. Your caca is where you would get some funky disease. But he isn't eating that "yet."

Doesn't have anything to do with weak. Stupidity if you ask me. He didn't know any better though, he was a kid. To eaches own I guess. I have seen in several case where a helmet has saved lives but I am not a biker so I don't know the details on helmets and if they are more hazardous wearing them than not. All I can say is be safe.
