They usually don't. My high school drivers ed teacher has had 3 DUI's. He was finally removed from being the drivers ed teacher to the gym teacher. What an awesome role model!

I copied his info from the common pleas docket sheet-everyone has access to it online.

It is claiming his 1st offense was in --1994 but that is not true, there is at least one more. I am not sure at what point a DUI is removed from your record. I grew up in a small town where everyone knows everyone else and our Drivers Ed teacher happened to be a drunk. A few years ago He was at our local bar, got plastered and ran into another vehicle pulling out, right on the main strip, right in front of a cop. Unreal. I don't know how the hell he is still teaching, no one does.
