Well I think "What" got the story wrong. Didn't hear that he pled guilty to all charges but that there would be a jury trial on the 9th. So, "What", back up your charges with evidence if you can.

i was there with a friend who got caught for speeding. he did plead guilty and they was a arguement with the county attourny and some women in the front. i was trying to listen to them arguing and what the judge had to say to but they gave his so many days in jail and 1 or 2 years provation on each account. i dont know what he did but they said some kind of harrasment with physcial contact. one of the women said something about sex but i dont know what all it was. but he did plead guilty. i didnt know the women but i do know jimmy. search the court dockets there is no jury trail for him on the 9th.

sorry to burst your bubble but there was physical contact because he touched both girls. he got a total of 10 days in jail and 2 years probation. the charges got flipped the day of the pretrail from no contact to contact. and the state police is investigating it.

i think it takes a sick mind to touch underage girls in any kind of sexual way. it deserves more punishment than 10 days in jail so i hope they do the right thing if they find out he did and i believe these girls. Ive known one since she was born and she has no reason to lie.

You are exactly right anybody that would do that is sick and twisted. The girls involved didn't lie they told the truth they had no reason to lie on the jerk. You know the old saying what comes around goes around.

Are you that stupid? When you put your hands on someones is that contact or no contact? I read the dockets on the charges and it was Harrassment with physical contact, no physical injury. And he plead guilty because I ask what he plead. The little M-fer knows he was guilty. He should have let in went to the jury trail. I would love to seen what the juriors would have done with his ass. I would have loved to seen that case went to trail.

Since you know so much about him, if he wasn't guilty why did he plead guilty?

There aint nothing for "what" to have to back up ever who he or she is. Did you check the dockets? There is nothing to back up HE IS GUILTY AS HELL AND ADMITTED IT. You want evidence, go to the police department and have them to look it up for you. It may be in the paper I didn't look but I will.

I just don't see how you all could run your mouth about children on here. There is a lot of kids read this and what if this sort of thing happen to them. They are gonna think why tell anyone no one will believe us anyway. I am very proud of what those girls done, and they may have saved some one from being a victim of rape or killed. And that someone JUST MAY HAVE BEEN YOUR CHILD OR GRANDCHILD. Think about that for a while.
