I knew that Tommy very well and I know that his father did all he could for his son. The state failed the Jewell family in the worst ways ever. They lost a child because someone put their personal veiws before that need of a child. How could the very people in charge of protecting our children fail them the most often. They are there for good reasons but when they refuse who do people turn to in a case where the child is at risk and no one will help. May Tommy rest in peace and the people that refused to help the family have it on there hearts for the rest of their lives. Tommy will LIVE ON.
