Hope he paid the search and rescue fee or he should be paying out big bucks for the expense of this rescue!

If the Heenes got charged $42,000 for their little stunt, shouldn't this guy pay as well? He knew that it was risky and did it anyway. Let's see 29 rescuers times 8 hours, say at 10 bucks an hour, plus the helicopter, should put him in at least the 10,000 dollar range.

Since the rescuers don't charge for their time or expenses, should there be a bill? If this happened in Denver, would there be a bill (other than the ambulance)?
