GREAT IDEA LM PARENT allow me to purchase various items to "decorate" my home to appease residents of other cities (Norwalk, La Habra, Buena Park, Whittier -None of which I want in my city regardless)and at the end of the month I'll go ahead and send you my ENERGY BILL and receipt for those horrendous items. Considering how big of a heart you must have perhaps you can store all that junk for me as well. Family's are getting slammed with TAX after TAX many of which struggling to provide their families with gifts this year, and you have enough time to drive around scouting areas you deem nice to decorate in the city. With so much time on your hands LM PARENT you should use your abundance of collective intelligence and put together a City financial plan since apparently those in charge of doing it are to incompetent to do the job their paid to do. Feel free to send it directly to Mr Robinson with a plunger to help him relieve his head from his ass so this way I don't have to worry about another tax initiative in the City to pay for a water dump a block down from my home. Then perhaps I'll be able to afford "decorating my house for other cities to enjoy." The only thing I enjoy from other cities are their TAX RATES!!!

I think that the citizens are putting up less lights now for fear that the La Mirada Code Enforcement will come and cite them for having the wrong type of lights.
