More you talk the more you show what you are, uninformed!
I never had any issue with AUSC nor them with me, again just trying to start something you know nothing about. I left because after 10 yrs there on the BOD, no kids playing was tired and REALLY didn't want to deal with the college closing down, to much time, they had plans to move to Phoenix back then.
You may be right about me leaving LMSA -not sure yet- but not because I'm running, because it is time for me to enjoy life outside soccer, but if the girls want to stick around together I'll stay with them.

How come you keep hiding afraid to come out? Talk about someone with issues.

Can we move this to something that will add value, I know things are winding down and people need to get their fix so I'm the one thet chose but we aren't bring anything to the table, lets move on please.

People are all talk, and no action. It's easier to complain than to step up. Most of the complainers just drive out good people. How many new members are on the BOD Bob?

So, if i am hearing this right, all you have to do is vote no for someone not to be on the board??
Doesn't someone else have to run for that position or does it get appointed by the board if someone is voted off? what is the percentage of No votes to yes votes in order to be voted off? if 13 people vote and 7 vote no and 6 vote yes, are you off the board?

The problem is that there are no regulations for the coaches. No way to fully protect the kids from the EXTREME Dads out there. No way to train the COACHES on the right way to teach Skills and Fundamentals. Where is LMSA's COACHES Training sessions, the Cal-south certification class is not enough. a Monthly Coaches meeting is needed to bring to all the coaches the concerns with what is going on in the league.

Who is the Director of REC Coaches/Signature Coaches? This is there VOLUNTEERED POSITION. They need to take responsibility for all coaches. If one bad coach makes a bad name for LMSA,it is the Director's responsibility to fix it. If he is not doing it the VP and President need to step in and correct it or find a replacement for that position.

This stands for all positions not just director of coaching. I think the BOD forgets, LMSA is LA MIRADA SOCCER, which means they need to ensure every member of the board is doing their responsibilties or they need to step in and get the ones not pulling their weight to step out.Not just wear the shirt or jacket to say they are a BOD.

Congrats to all of the Signature teams that advanced in the playoffs. Congrats to the ones that won it all: GU9, GU11, GU12 & GU13. Jones did great with zero goals scored all year, Fimbros had some serious point output, and had 8 shutouts, Carreon also had 5 shutouts & appears to have a 3 goal average, and Coop with his solid offensive and defensive side if the field beat out the #1 team. Great progress guys, congrats!! Shows the girls are either progressing better, have better coaching, or are holding onto players longer than the boys.(Boys leave to club?)

Just have to address the mis informed. A very good source, part of AUSC back when you left, explained to me, you relinquished all responsibilities, turned over teams to other coaches and walked away, before the season was over.
Hiding? Yes, coward I am not. also, I am not - misinformed, I post items of fact, so that people on this site, know the whole story. Everyone has supporters and protestors. That is why we vote.

"LetMySoccerAgree" is right on the pull your weight comment, for all the BOD.
Here is a quote for you "The best way to gauge success is by GROWTH - physically, emotionally, spiratually and most importantly MENTALLY."
So "the more you know the more you grow"
"Old Knowledge is not necessarily the best knowledge, it is a stepping stone to better knowledge and growth."
"Same old techniques, dont keep you in the game, they just help you keep up."
Bottomline I agree with ("LMSA")- Learning new training skills, help the children grow.so these skills needs to be taught to the coaches.

Just food for thought.

Hiding?
Think Batman, Superman. Hiding ones identity for the greater good of the community. No Harm is truly being don, No Hate, just information being post, with Truth behind it. So if it strikes a nerve and provokes a response, somewhere in that comment, lies the truth.

Funny how people talk behind your back while hiding, but that's not what happened, he only knows what he thinks he saw, so again you are still miss-informed. I didn't run for re-election as president, so I wasn't on the BOD so I had no responsibilities to relinquish. I did have to step away from the BU9 team because of work but left it with the asst coach in 2006 but I think I could be wrong the fall season was over, I took over the team when the coach left in Aug - didn't have time then but the kids needed someone- before the season started, he probably didn't tell you that did he or the kids wouldn't have had a team to play on.
But really what are you trying to accomplish here are you trying to show people how big an ass I am really just ask I'll tell you.

The comment about coaches and training- PLEASE I REALLY MEAN THIS TELL US HOW TO GET THE COACHES TO THE CLASSES REALLY ADD SOME VALUE TELL US HOW to get them there. Learning and growing is what we are trying to do again help us tell us what we should be doing better but we need real ideas with details not just we should, outlines or a written plan, come to a meeting to share or just lay it out here, what would you do to make LMSA better give us a incremental detailed plan.

The BOD hasn't forgot why we are here come to a meeting and you'll see, you don't see everything that goes on just the stuff that is right in front of you. The training Dir has worked really hard to get info out but so many don't go the those classes.

Give us some examples of extreme "dads" and what we didn't do?

"Same old techniques, don't keep you in the game, they just help you keep up." What newer tech are we not doing, that we should be doing? those that aren't doing what do you think should be done? what is it that they should be doing and what are they doing? is their training plan out of date if so why? How can their plan be better. please you think I'm an idiot so be specific please remember I'm old and blond and need pictures LOL

And will you run for the BOD next year? I still think that if you want to help us GROWTH - physically, emotionally, spiratually and most importantly MENTALLY" contact Don he'll gladly get you involved and that goes to any of you obviously we need the help so help us out..

HERE LETS DO THIS I'M AND ASS AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS BEEN SAID ABOUT ME IS TRUEFELL BETTER OK NOW LETS MOVE ON

You ALL have ideas to make us better what are they? we need a plans not an idea we have plenty of those HOW do we make this a better program for the kids not we just need this or that how do we get there a detailed plan. Batman left the league after last season. What is worse, calling yourself barman or big dog.
Facts..3 years lmsa has been on too in signature. This year 4 teams won league cup, 2 division winners. You are at a club struggling using an Irvine clubs name playing in Whittier. If things are so great you wouldn't be posting here. Even Champion figured that out. Your problem is that you didn't get special treatment. It's about over 1000 kids not 1 or 2 teams that want special treatment.

I am not sure you even have your facts straight... The strikers fc in whittier are all doing very well. They are playing at a higher level than signature and holding their own. Signature is really still rec. soccer that calls themselves signature. They have some of the better players la mirada has to offer, but club soccer has even a better caliber of players playing. My child could not be happier playing at strikers. The training that is received is far beyond and above anything ever received at la mirada rec. ball. Rec ball is "kick ball" at best. Club soccer is actually "soccer". Don't put down something you know nothing about, and if you do understand club, then you would not be posting the remarks that you are. Son't be intimidated, Strikers FC -whittier is a great club, with a lot to offer....

Perception is everything. You perceive everything is going well with Strikers teams... Well, they are not...
An your perception of signature is also off.. Take any of the girls teams that won it all, bet they would give the high paying club players that are around .500 record a run for their money, if not beat them!!! Don't down the program because you don't she'll put 1500 a year. Check the standings! Many of their teams are mid of the road or lower.
