We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.

I purchased an Olympus Stylus 1030 from wegotbetterdeals. The item was paid for 9/10, yet I had to contact them 9/12 just to find out when the item was shipped (I had needed it by 9/18 - plenty of time for them to get it to me, and all good eBay sellers ship immediately after payment is received). Wegotbetterdeals stated the item was shipped via UPS 1Z T26 38T 03 5556 463 6, which had no tracking info, other than the billing information had been received. I contacted the seller again, and the seller was extremely hostile. Finally on 9/16 there was a departure scan through UPS. By then I knew it was too late, so I complained again, and they responded by stating they will catch it in transit, so I just won't receive it at all and told me to go buy the camera somewhere else local since I was all-knowing about UPS and could solve the world's problems. They finally refunded my money on 10/1, and that same day, they gave me a non-payment strike on eBay on this same transaction!

This is by far the best internet seller we have ever come across. For those few that like to bash this type of seller you would bash your own mother.
We have purchased several $1000's of goods and have received only the best service and products.
These guys are top notch and I would not bother recommending them to all. Great got Wegotbetterdeals. I only wish that all other internet seller we this respectable.

BUYER BEWARE of "wegotbetterdeals", 16 days and several E-mails after payment I gave up hope of ever receiving the item I paid for. I could not get a straight answer from them, they kept blaming it on UPS. At least they refunded my money and I found the same item at a different (hopefully better) vendor for less $.

This is a terrible company to deal with. (or should i say deadbeat in an apartment) I paid for a camera and never received it. It started out as a simple mistake that i admitted was my fault. I offered to pay extra to have the camera re-shipped to another address. They accepted but asked that i first pay for the shipping. I immediately paid them the money to ship the camera a second time via paypal. Well I never received the camera. When i asked them if it was shipped to the new address they acted as if they had no idea what i was talking about and said well we already shipped it. I still have no camera.

I just bought a refurbished VCR/DVD combo for a good price from these guys. It was exactly as advertised and delivered on time, excepting that the equipment was crushed partially inside and was in irrepareable condition. This was a month ago. WEGOTBETTERDEALS on the phone stated that they are filing a claim from UPS. UPS had aggreed to me it was their fault but will deal with WEGOTBETTERDEALS only. In the mean time they have the money and are not responding to my e-mail or phone call. My bank is requesting a response from them an explanation through a standard form request!! I can only say WEGOTBETTERDEALS are not up-to the standard they claim themselves to be

Ordered a cordless Uniden phone set from them for a very low price ($34.99) March 7, 2010. Received 4 handsets/bases within a week, charged the phones for 24hours as stated in the manual and realized 2 were DOA. Contacted WEGOTBETTERDEALS and after another week of emails back and forth, they agreed to exchange it and sent me a return shipment label. After another 2 weeks and 2 emails asking them about the status of my exchange, they finally informed me that they had no replacements and they refunded the full amount back to my paypal. A day later, I received a "buyer refunded item, cancel transaction" email from ebay. All in all, although I spent 1 month without a home phone even though I paid for the damn line and even though it took 1 month to sort everything out, I'd have to say WEGOTBETTERDEALS held up their end of the bargain. Yeah they sell DOA phones and yeah their service speed is lacking, but for the low prices they offer what do you expect? You get what you pay for and I'm just glad they refunded everything back to my account after reading some of the other reviews.

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with wegotbetterdeals. I purchased an item on EBay (they also have a website) that was advertised as BRAND NEW and UNOPENED.

The item arrived and much to my surprise it was not only open but it was used. I contacted customer service and after many emails back and forth they agreed to send a return label to cover return shipping.

A little over a week later I contacted them again to follow-up and they now took the position that no return label was going to be sent.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were outright rude.

I would suggest you take your business elsewhere as there are plenty of places to get the same products with actual customer service.

Do a search for "wegotbetterdeals Reviews" on Yahoo or Google and you will see many posts with similar problems.

I bought from them a few months ago. The camera stopped working after week and they told me I would have to go to the manufacturer for service. they just suck..........

I purchased an item from them and had to return it due to our Home Owners' Assn. not allowing the product in our yard. I returned it by FedEx to assure it would reach them within the allotted time they stated I could return the item - they did email me an RA#. I tracked the package and it was delivered by FedEx to the suite next door since no one was in their suite at the time delivered (questionable!). I had the person's name who signed for the package and they say they did not know of anyone with that name and that there were only construction workers in the suite where the package was signed for. I contacted the property managers for the complex where WGBD is located and they assured me that none of their workers accepted a package, since none of them were named the name on the FedEx receipt. In a million years I would not deal with these people again. They do not ever give you the name of the person you are speaking with (unless you specifically ask) and I very strongly believe they are being dishonest about this issue. BEWARE.....
