Rep. Miller's housing plan back in play

It's an election year. Residents in the Alta Loma hillsides have open-space issues on their minds.

My concern is the water fall is it natural or man made how was it formed. I have been to serveral of the water falls in the mountains just north of Rancho Cucamonga. It is hard to beleive so close to civilzation we have such beauty in the mountains. These are natural streams that have water all year.
