MODESTO, CA - A former Modesto police officer accused of sexually assaulting a woman walked out of court a free man on Friday after accepting a plea deal. Lee Freddie Gaines II was arrested in March 2012 after a woman accused of him of handcuffing her and forcible oral copulation, Modesto police said. He is a sex offender who used and abused his authority..He committed this act with a weapon, in uniform and held her hostage as he used his handcuffs..Why is there not a kidnapping charge? He is worse than an everyday John! He did not apologize to her either..This is a travesty and the District Attorney should be ashamed of their lack of action... |

So Sad!! I feel bad for Mehserle and his family. Open your eyes people That kid was NOT a piller of ANY community This hoodlum started a riot at another station... B.A.R.T only had there tasers for 4 days. It was an ACCIDENT. So maybe Mehserles family should sue that hoodlems family for raising a mence to socity...
