Good decision on the mayor's part to drop this. Saved his career and his city's funds defending itself in court.
The first amendment guarantees us freedom of speech...period. Sure hope the ACLU doesnt get hold of this. they'd have a field day.

I'm all for it. But will the blacks scream "racism" when mostly blacks are arrested for the use of the word?

How can you charge someone...when they themselves use the word most often! Should they be charged aswell?
