Brazoria mayor ends battle to ban racial epithet

I applaude the intention of the proposed ordinance. I just don't understand why people would want to use the "n-word" or any other demeaning word of their race as a part of interacting with someone. It's degrating and uncouth.
On a seperate note, I wonder how many that were giving thier 2 cents on the issue were actually registered voters.
