We recently accepted a cash sale on our home in Angleton. We allowed the buyers to move in before the closing date, so that they could be settled in before the holidays. The people did not show up for closing and have not moved out of our home. They are living in our home of 12 years for free and we are having to evict them through the court system. This is not the first time they have done this in Brazoria County. Be aware they are looking for another place to live for free.....

Well - you wouild think the court system could help you - but then again you would be trying to get help from the Brazoria County in-justice system. Remember this court house is famous for Judge Blackstock who judged you guilty when you walked into his court room. Then there's the DAs Office that likes to defend the guilty, punish the innocent, and make everyone spend as much money as possible trying to right the wrong done by the DAs office to their family members. Best of luck but don't expect to much help from the court house. They aren't there to see that justice is served - they prefer to make sure that no matter what your problem may be that it costs you as much as possible in your attempt to get justic.
