Whats your take?
Should she be aloud to keep her position as a paramedic or be replaced by one who has an average 2 yrs experience in the field? The firefighter in question has 10 yrs of service to the dept. As a medical technician.
Why can't they "test out" and continue their duties. Instead if taking classes in Bloomington; which is time consuming and expensive from what I have read...

Get the training or get off the ambulance , perfect reason unions suck . She isn't losing her job, she is in a field that us always needing further training . Get trained
