You will have to show me where Graves has voted against rural/middle America. We must break this Hussein strangle hold.

Voted For Clint Hylton

Sam Graves collected $413,000 in farm subsidies from the federal government, but voted against a bill for the state children's health insurance. Graves is a corporate welfare recipient who doesn't represent the Missouri middle class or small businesses and he needs to go.

Sam will win easily. Democraps are going to have a rough go. At least this part of the country hasn't gone nuts yet.

His family farms, therefore his family gets farm subsidies. His wife teaches and gets a closer parking space at the school. Anything you want to bitch about there? Look at the votes...Graves will win 2 to 1.

Sam Graves has a history of self-interest instead of that of his constituents. Besides, he is an A-hole.

Is anyone old enough to remember the popular Jerry Litton, who ran for the Senate and won the primary, and then lost his life - along with all his family and the pilot and another young man - in a plane crash on the way to the victory celebration? Anyone remember the very nice polite young Republican, Tom Coleman? Anyone remember Pat Danner, the very pretty lady, I thought. We had three good ones, years ago. From both parties.

In l976, John Danforth was elected to the Senate, against Hearnes, and many Democrats who had supported Litton or Symington in the primary, voted for Danforth. Danforth is a gentleman, but awfully naive -= about Tower and Thomas, especially.

thank you for keeping that name alive. It was a very funny sideshow of this past election. I keep imagining a bottle shaped like a seated buddha, with turquoise blue shampoo in it.

If your figures are correct;
A 100% pro-business voting record with the Chamber of Commerce = Capitalist
A 0% pro-union voting record with the AFL-CIO = Captialist
I say that if this man is for business and against communism, he is far better than the marxist in the White House.

The big one, the one that got told over and over, was the one with the dark-at-day time. You know, when the moon gets in the way of the sun. At that time you can get a real good look at a star when it's up next to the sun. (Next to it in the sky, that is. Not next to it for real. You know what I mean.) They went off and got a good look at a star that was very near the sun, and then they used a book to see just what spot that star was in. You see, the rays from the star pass so near the sun that they get bent, on the way to us. Old Al, his idea said just how much the rays get bent. With Izzy, the rays get bent, too, but only by half as much. So they took a look at the star, and they took at look at the big book, and ... well, I'll bet you can tell me as well as I can tell you just how far off that star was.
