I love this article because the imperial valley is known for their officers being rowdy, envolved in street crimes and for violating the rights of th public. I think its funny how in 2001, takcett was suspended or reprimanded for getting in an altercation with that suspect, because brawley police is always going about business that way: look up public records, how many innocent people have been arrested without a warrant, Seargent kelly brown was caused an uproar in this town for tazering someone that was holding a baby and the baby fell to the ground. Another officer couldn't catch up with an obese teen who was running from him, and tazered him as well. I'm not even scraping the surface. investigate and you shall find!!
