Has Brattleboro Memorial Hospital become better yet?

Promise of change has been in the air. It looks as though things are going to get better, But the horrific treatment I received there a year ago when I was sick and in pain does not inspire me to want to trust them anytime soon. Greenfield and Cheshire have received many refugees fleeing the horrors of unspeakable hospital maltreatment. BMH may be changing, but they will have to work hard to win our trust again.

They seem to do good and like all have better times as not. They are too busy taking care of the drunk and drug losers and the brawl and domestic fighters to deal with the average person. If you can drag your self in there you will be in line behind the hang nail and tummy aches if they come in a ambulance by law

There is no excuse for cruelty anytime, anywhere, and certainly not with sick people in pain. BMH should be boarded up permanently; their track record has been terrible for too many years.

I wish that more people would speak up.

Things are alresdy getting better. BMH has hired new ER doctors, whose specialty is actually ER care; they actually know how to do it. BMH has also hired a new Chief Medical Officer. The myriad complaints were listened to! Finally.
