Shumlin pushes childcare, early education reform

Once Obama legalizes pot, throwing money hand over fist at early intervention / childcare and school food programs won't offset the damage caused by injesting the toxins in pot while pregnant. Alcohol, tobacco, and nonprescription drug use during pregnancy should be a crime! Yes it's mom's body, but the educational system / society must pick up the pieces of substance abuse.

Sorry, I meant Shumlin Governor of Vermont and not President Obama.

No worries, Vermont is going to tax your soda so you will stop drinking so much. They can use that money for drug treatment.
