Great column Tracy. Let's keep on pointing out that marijauna is bad for you and maybe we can slow down the nuts like Shumlin who just want to make it legal.

Absolutely, but lets just be consistent and not hypocritical and clamp down on alcohol too. It continues to kill our fellow citizens at an amazing rate!

Actually the cancers are already showing up in many former Fukushima kids, and here in the U.S.
Oh BTW, the key ingredient in pot happens to cure cancers- go figure

We have clamped down on alcohol and made tremendous progress in the reduction of deaths related to alcohol.
But why is it that every time someone mentions that pot is bad for you someone else has to trot out a discussion about alcohol. Alcohol is bad. Agreed. But pot is bad too and we should not be doing anything to encourage it's recreational use.
