So NH is one of the few states where a gun silencer is legal? Why am I not surprised?

A question proposed needs to be asked: how does a special request for large property tax reduction with slumlord property kings that have numerous buildings, lead to starving the police force?

Do you need the same level of police resources for one large house of a rich family or one middle class family, versus the rental property for low income people of say ten units with wild children out the ying yang?

Do you need a special tax for these kinds of units to pay for the police and other town and state services?

Something to think about next time you start ripping boards off public property....how much police time was jammed up by your little bridge caper??
So in planning to rob the Hinsdale bank, one need only to listen to the cop radio calls for when they're tied up with some perp like mike and rob it then to be assured a cleaner get-away.
Just don't head toward Bratt, because the Bratt cops will be alert and waiting there even if the Hinsdale cop isn't already there by the bridge arresting mike.

If only we could buy a type of silencer that works on internet trolls like mulligan

So why is the Hinsdale police department so mismanaged? Why the continuous stream of police officers coming in and out of Hinsdale employment? Why are we wasting so much money on new hire training? Why have we got dependent on outside police department coverage? Why is a selectman and ex police chief filling in an emergency manner as a regular policeman? Why canít the department anticipate the loss of police officers...have fully trained new cops up and running before the crises? Why do we have two new hires up in police training right now and the town police coverage in a perpetual crisis?

Do pre police just come to Hinsdale to make us pay for their training and get first experience...then move on to a better paying and stable police department? Do we pay them enough so the police department is stable?

What is the magnitude of out of towner police officers...current police who donít live in town...that makes it so hard for us to call them for an emergency because they live so far away? Do we pay them an adequate overtime pay?

What are the implications of a lot of part time police officers...we canít interrupt their primary job for an emergency call in?

This is police mismanagement on a grand scale...somebody canít keep police coverage stable and reliable.

Dustin and his father never got along. Dustinís father systematically and severely physically abused his son while growing up. The father has a widespread reputation with hitting is son.
The father had a reputation as loner and he kept to himself...except for the volunteer fire department.
Many people in Hinsdale knows personally and through rumors that his father beat Justin as he was growing up...

I got it with the laws of NH. Two guys could disappear into a close room. With only one guy walking out...the other shot three times.

All you got to do is come up with some cockamamie story saying the dead guy made me fear for my life.
