Social responsibility, what the heck is that? Sounds like another hoax like being green or combatting global warming. I got what I need, I don't give a flying fig for "social responsibility".

social responsability should start with deadbeats who pump out babies they can't afford to support.

The theme of this year’s conference is "looking forward," said Will Patten, executive director.

"Being socially responsible is based on old-time Vermont values," he said.

Those values include taking care of your employees and the environment, said Patten.

What a bunch of BS. The conference is being held at the Equinox in Manchester Village; the attendees can sip cocktails and look out at Mt Equinox without having to look at those environmentally menacing wind generators.
