The FBI and the State Department must have had the capability to do a federal document search on Sharif Mobley visa name. They must have known a former employee at a nuclear power plant was heading to the middle east and Yemen. I wonder if that was why the mean state department guy was interviewing me.

Federal regulators say a U.S. citizen in custody in Yemen as a suspected al-Qaida member worked at five nuclear plant complexes in Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission says it's investigating what access Sharif Mobley might have had to senstive areas.

But the commission says laborers like him would not usually be given security-related or sensitive information. Authorities say he passed federal background checks.

The 26-year-old Mobley worked at the Salem and Hope Creek plants in New Jersey; the Peach Bottom, Limerick and Three Mile Island facilities in Pennsylvania; and Calvert Cliffs in Maryland between 2002 and 2008.

Officials say he was rounded up in an al-Qaida sweep and shot two guards in a Yemeni hospital during an escape attempt. His parents say he is innocent.

Two days ago I made a request to speak with FBI JTTF special agent Paul Brown...or for him to send me his e-mail address. I lost his business card. He is one of the guys who interview me last fall. I called him at his office and left a message on his phone. I wanted to update him on the events around Vermont Yankee.

I know he is busy.

The first assumption and guess I can make out of this...off the cuff.

Either I am still under investigation or they are preparing to indict me for something. I say bring it on! The silence telegraphs something is up. Remember they called me, made a appointment...and I showed up without lawyers when they wanted within hours.

I know I did make a request to the Justice Department to investigate the appropriateness of this.

Wow, how did this anniversary get me without a comment.

I would like to update the two FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force special agents who were investigating me about terrorism threats to the plant...about the Entergy events at VY. I left a message on their answering machine, they don’t have the guts to call me back.

Man, a lot of water over the Vernon dam in a year!!!

You know, don't forget about their check valve ideology, or the check valve philosophy of the elites and rich...if I want information it is secrecy or terrorism related, if it for the survival of the elites then terrorism be damned.

Big picture: the FBI never misused any investigative information around this and they were discrete with interacting with me.

Course, the first FBI meeting is always the worst…
They wouldn’t even tell me how I got to their attention…national security issues.

They wouldn’t even tell me what I wrote wrong in the beginning…I had to really push them to throw me a sentence or paragraph of my offending writing. I asked for a written copy of my words…said,“we can’t give you anything written”.

Looking in hindsight, it is a life event you will never forget…but it ended being harmless. I have big issues with this as it is a price we pay to live in the greatest nation on the planet.

But it is utterly shocking being in the Hinsdale police department‘s upstairs meeting room with two special agents of the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force...with them directly asking me why I was making “terroristic threats” on the internet.

The big picture: it was kind of comforting for me the Feds were paying attention to so called “terrorism related” issues around a nuclear plant and it seemed the bar of their interest was set pretty low.

I just wish it wasn’t related to me!

Right, all it was an interview...they didn’t come up with phony punishing charges and an arrest to make an example out of me. It could have been far worst.

And there were active terrorist running around in our country and attacking another country from (India) USA...there was active plans in the works to attack the USA going on. It is no wonder these agencies were in a hyper state.

I don’t blame them from those limited words with what I said over the internet and topix... that they just wanted to check me out. I am surprised with the context of everything I ever wrote they could come to the conclusion I just might be a terrorist. As I told them, I am an open book. I rarely ever say anything on the internet anonymous or under another identity. Just a handful of times.

I am utterly sure they did a sophisticated computer internet search over everything I ever wrote...

I never knew if this started because of complaint from Entergy or did the NSA just catch it...
