Perhaps a few more used diapers and coolers spread around the parking lot would have given them a reason to reconsider.

People Alone are normally responsible when alone but then there is the lower end of the sale of humans that can't be trust a minute. How can they want to recycle in one hand but get there and turn into a slob in a flash. If their was a free dump would this change their overall view. YES their intent to cycle isn't true, just a way to unload their crap. Paint the bins any color you want but your still barking up the wrong tree.

How silly. Demand that people recycle, and then take their bins away.

kinda like them lib-run cities in the u.S. of A. that cut way back on police services to the point they won't come unless you claim a dire emergency while their States and cities infringe on your 2nd Amendment Right to protect yourself
Oakland neighbors fed-up with police services
An intruder busted into an Oakland home this week and left an 81-year-old woman with a gunshot wound and her neighbors absolutely fed up with inadequate police services and a decade of pitiful excuses from city officials.
If that weren't bad enough, some neighbors just lost it when an Oakland Police Department spokeswoman stood before TV cameras and described their Upper Dimond district neighborhood as quiet, peaceful and safe.
“Chief Anthony Batts listed exactly 44 situations that his officers will no longer respond to and they include grand theft, burglary, car wrecks, identity theft and vandalism. He says if you live and Oakland and one of the above happens to you, you need to let police know on-line.”
