VT Plate FGT311 -Almost Hit VY Vigil Walkers & Car In Vernon

It occured at almost 2:30 today when I was in Vernon on my bike along RT 142 and came up to the Fukushima Memorial Vigil Walkers who were partway into their walk from VY to Bratt, and I stopped several times to get over on the grass off the road while cars went by so they'd have more room. They were walking north and on the west side of the road about a mile from VY and a white car was coming north so I got a couple feet off of the east side of the road and stopped.
While standing there I witnessed the small white car prudently going slow due to the marching crowd which kept far to the side as possible, no more than 2 abreast. Just then a dark colored small car came raging from behind the white one to pass it and it had very little room on either side, a skinny space between it and the white car and almost no room between it and the marchers!
The dark car's driver then did Two totally asinine things at the same time- nearly crashing into the front driver's side of the white car since it tried to go back into the lane too early, AND flipping the middle finger to everyone with his arm out his window!
The jerk managed to pass and get over in the lane since the white car was forced to slow down even more than it had been going.
The Vigil marchers took in in stride and weren't upset but I saw how endangered they were by this road-raging nuketard scumbag.
Just a little ways up the road at the little rest area a Vernon policeman was parked to watch out for the marcher's safety and I told him about it and gave the plate number- Vermont plate FGT311
He said he'd check out the driver
I wished I had been using my dvd recorder, I would've had evidence enought to get him a 'Careless & Negligent Driving' charge.
Hell he could've been drunk at the time!

I sure the Vernon Policeman was only humoring you, and wouldn't waste his time. He knows people like you are just obnoxious drama queens.

A contributing cause for corrosion bonding of the pilot disc to seat may be temperature gradients across the
pilot assembly, related to the SRV insulation and ventilation airflow. The installation of insulation on the Target
Rock S/RVs and redirecting ventilation flow away from the S/RVs has proven to be beneficial in the industry.
