Are public schools getting better?

My kids have been out for a while. For about the last ten years that I had kids in, it was terrible. Lots of corruption and money wastage. Who really cared about the kids? I was relieved to be out of it, but now I'm thinking: what if I ever have a grandchild?

Hopefully you won't.

I hope another generation is going to be able to fight the corruption. Huge amounts of money are wasted which should actually be helping children. Special Education is the biggest joke of all. Credentialed adults get to pocket a lot, but what happens to the children?
If my children never have any children, I won't have to worry ever again. But it is kind of sad for everyone else's children.
