Bundy Ranch Speaker Warns Of 'Civil War On A Vast Scale,' Promises Harry Reid Will Have His 'Balls Ripped Off'
Miranda Blue 4/30/2014
"In a speech to the militia members still gathered at Cliven Bundy’s ranch in Nevada this week, Mike Vanderboegh, leader of the militia group Three Percenters, warned that the country is “staring a civil war in its bloody face.”
Vanderboegh’s Three Percenters group, named after the number of American colonists they believe fought back against the British in the revolutionary war, was listed in a recent Oath Keepers press release http://oathkeepers.org/oath/2014/04/29/bundy-... as a stalwart of the standoff at the Bundy ranch. Vandeboegh, who wrote a novel that allegedly inspired a domestic terrorist plot http://www.motherjones.com/mojo/2011/11/autho... in 2011, is also known for his role in pushing the “Fast and Furious” scandal. http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2011/12/f...
“All over this country, we are still staring civil war in its bloody face,” Vanderboegh warned the crowd, in a video posted by Tom Lacovara, the host of an anti-government radio show.
He claimed that Sen. Harry Reid, who has criticized the Bundy ranch militias,“is promising us all civil war on a vast scale, because state-sponsored violence is they only way they can win an argument with free people, especially free people who are armed and who are willing to use those arms in defense of liberty.”
Vanderboegh then told the legend of an Alabama woman named Jenny Brooks http://www.tuscaloosanews.com/article/2008032... whose husband and son, in Vanderboegh's telling, http://sipseystreetirregulars.blogspot.com/20... were killed by state law enforcement collecting taxes for the Confederate government. According to the tale, Brooks went after the men who had killed her family, killed two of them in return, and turned one of their skulls into a soap dish.
Vanderboegh then pulled out a skull and declared that he would present it to Reid as the “2014 Award for Incitement to Civil War.”
He added:“Don’t poke the wolverine with a sharp stick, Harry, unless you want your balls ripped off.”"

"Promises Harry Reid Will Have His 'Balls Ripped Off"
is the title, yet upon reading we find that the dirtbag lying liberal BS artist writer lied (as usual), since in the article we see that Bundy supposedly really said "Don’t poke the wolverine with a sharp stick, Harry, UNLESS you want your balls ripped off.”
-which is simply drawing a Constitutional line in the sand and saying don't cross it Or Else. It's definitely Not the same as an unwarranted threat, which would be illegal, it's simply saying 'Stop disobeying your oath to the Constitution (which does Not allow you to land grab and unlawfully scheme against ranchers and citizens like Bundy)
And neither Bundy nor any of his family had anything to do with any killings, but then painting with a broad brush is what ewer favorite media and douchetastic online BSers do all the time.
"Vandeboegh...is also known for his role in pushing the “Fast and Furious” scandal."
-uhm, NO, the criminals who caused that scandal were Eric Holder (also the OK City Bombing scandals cover-upper) and Obama, but it figures libscum will Always try to pin the crimes of their own ilk on others and hope enough sheeple buy their disgusting BS. Holder should be doing life with no parole for causing the deaths of 2 American cops and hundreds of Mexicans for giving so many guns to the Mexican drug lords!(which he had his fed agents purchase with taxpayer $$ in Texas gun stores)
Figures that libscum like ewe would consiser the many police and sheriffs etc. who are members of Oath Keepers to somehow be 'treasonous radicals'- for simply taking their oath to defend the Constitution and American's Rights seriously!!(unlike Proven traitor Holder and the alleged president who is supposed to be a 'Constitutional Scholar')
Judge Napolitano “Fearful” of What’s Coming Next in Bundy Dispute -
Judge Andrew Napolitano again criticized the federal government’s heavy handed methods in the dispute, choosing to steal Bundy’s property rather than file a lien against him in order to claim the grazing fees they claim he owes.
Napolitano also pointed out that Reid’s former advisor Neil Kornze is now director of the Bureau of Land Management and that Reid “obviously has a personal and political relationship” with the dispute.
As we documented in a story that went viral, Reid’s son Rory Reid was the chief representative for a Chinese energy firm planning to build a $5 billion solar plant on public land in Laughlin, Nevada, a deal that was pushed through with the aid of Senator Reid. When a document was discovered on the Bureau of Land Management website confirming that the seizure of Bundy’s cattle was about kicking the cattle rancher off the land to make way for solar energy projects, the BLM deleted the web page.

The God Delusion
"The Root of All Evil?, later retitled The God Delusion, is a television documentary written and presented by Richard Dawkins in which he argues that humanity would be better off without religion or belief in God.
The documentary was first broadcast in January 2006, in the form of two 45-minute episodes (excluding advertisement breaks), on Channel 4 in the UK.
Dawkins has said that the title The Root of All Evil? was not his preferred choice, but that Channel 4 had insisted on it to create controversy. The sole concession from the producers on the title was the addition of the question mark. Dawkins has stated that the notion of anything being the root of all evil is ridiculous. Dawkins' book The God Delusion, released in September 2006, goes on to examine the topics raised in the documentary in greater detail. The documentary was rebroadcast on the More4 channel on the 25th August 2010 under the title of The God Delusion.(Wikipedia)"

Atheists End Teacher-Led Prayer in Indiana School District
Heather Clark July 24, 2014
"A prominent atheist organization has convinced an Indiana school district to end teacher-led prayer at area public schools following a complaint from an anonymous parent.
The Madison, Wisconsin-based Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) contacted the Vigo County School Corporation in Terre Haute last May after receiving a complaint from a parent after teacher Jeffrey Burress at Sarah Scott Middle School allegedly led prayer at an awards banquet.
“Any prayers led by teachers at school-sponsored events must be stopped immediately,” the letter, addressed to Superintendent Daniel Tanoos, read.
“The district should make certain that teachers in its schools are not unlawfully and inappropriately indoctrinating students in religious matters by encouraging them to engage in prayer,” it continued.“Considering the young age of the students, concern over religious coercion and proselytization should be especially high in middle schools.”
FFRF then requested an investigation into the matter and a response outlining the measures that the district would take to ensure that teachers and staff would no longer be permitted to lead prayers at school-sponsored events.
While Tanoos said that he disagreed with FFRF, he referred the letter to attorney Charles Rubright, who responded by complying with the atheist organizations’ demands.
“The school corporation has informed each building principal that teacher-led prayer with students present will cease, as it is prohibited by the Constitution and should not be allowed,” Rubright wrote."...

"it is prohibited by the Constitution ..."
-yet another socialist satanist lie
if it were then the founders would have made that clear in the Constitution, and they wouldn't have allowed books to be used to teach children in schools like The New England Primer /The Protestant Tutor and Noah Webster's Blue Back Speller, the first two of which were already being used by school children here for a century prior to the Constitution and Declaration of Independence and to about a century afterward, and they were quite Godly and Christian with the Biblical principles and stories and had the Lord's Prayer etc.

School sponsored prayer:
..."In two landmark decisions, Engel v. Vitale (1962) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Engel_v._Vitale and Abington School District v. Schempp (1963), http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abington_School_... the US Supreme Court established what is now the current prohibition on state-sponsored prayer in schools. While the Engel decision http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Engel_v._Vitale held that the promulgation of an official state-school prayer stood in violation of the First Amendment’s Establishment Clause (thus overruling the New York Courts’ decisions), Abington http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abington_School_... held that Bible readings and other (state) school-sponsored religious activities were prohibited. Following these two cases came the Court's decision in Lemon v. Kurtzman (1971), http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lemon_v._Kurtzma... a ruling that established the Lemon test http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lemon_test for religious activities within schools. The Lemon test states that in order to be constitutional under the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment any practice sponsored within state run schools (or other public, state sponsored activities) must adhere to the following three criteria:
Have a secular purpose;
Must neither advance nor inhibit religion; and
Must not result in an excessive entanglement between government and religion."...

sueQ, a while back I quoted Wikipedia and ewe said "Wikipedia?! What are you in f*ing high school?"
The DOCTRINE of "separation of church and state" has been used, and is being used, to effectively purge religion from the public square. The historical perspective on church/state issues reveals a much different story. The government was to accommodate the religious communities; religion and religious expression were to be encouraged.
This is why, for example, the first Congress asked President George Washington to issue a Thanksgiving Proclamation upon completion of the Bill of Rights. Today, that practice would be viewed as unconstitutional, that it would violate the supposed "separation of church and state."
Summary of current legalities concerning religion in public education
DISCRIMINATION—School authorities may not discriminate against religious activity or speech.
BIBLE READING AND PRAYER—Students may read their Bibles or other scriptures, say a prayer before meals, and pray before tests.
DISCUSSIONS—Students may attempt to persuade their peers concerning religious topics, just as they may political topics. Harassment, however,(which is not defined) is not permissible.
SCHOOL WORK—Students may use religious themes in their homework, artwork, or other assignments, and such work should be judged (graded) by ordinary academic standards.
LITERATURE—Students have the right to distribute religious literature (tracts, etc.) to their schoolmates on the same terms as they are permitted to distribute other literature.
RELIGIOUS OBJECTIONS—Students may be excused from lessons that are objectionable on religious or other conscientious grounds.
CLOTHING—Students may wear clothing depicting religious themes, and these messages may not be singled out for suppression. They are subject to the same rules as apply to comparable messages.
CHRISTIAN GROUPS—Students religious groups at public secondary schools have the same right of access to school facilities as is enjoyed by other comparable student groups.
STUDENT MEETINGS—Student meetings may include a prayer service, Bible reading, or other worship exercise.
ACCESS—Students may use the public address system, the school newspaper, and the school bulletin board to announce their meetings, on the same terms as other student groups.(This only applies to schools receiving federal funds.)
GRADUATION PRAYER—School officials may not mandate or organize prayer at graduation ceremonies, nor organize baccalaureate services.
TEACHING—Schools may teach about religion, including the Bible or other scripture, the history of religion, the Bible-as-literature, and the role of religion in the United States and other countries. Schools are to be neutral with respect to religion. However, they may play an active role with respect to teaching civic values and virtue, and the moral code that holds us together as a community. Schools may not allow religious instruction by outsiders on school premises during the school day. However, school officials may dismiss students to off-premises religious instruction.
SCHOOL OFFICIALS—School officials, as representatives of the state, may not solicit or encourage religious activity, nor participate in such activity with the students.
There are indeed gray areas surrounding religion in public education. For example, the question of whether or not students can pray—as students—at their graduation ceremonies has yet to be addressed by the Supreme Court in a definitive manner. There are differing opinions in the various Appeals Courts. There are other gray areas that will no doubt need continual clarification.

Why Is Wal-Mart Preparing For A Major Earthquake On The New Madrid Fault?
Buried in a Wall Street Journal article from about a week ago was a startling piece of information
http://www.infowars.com/why-is-wal-mart-prepa... Buried in a Wall Street Journal article from about a week ago was a startling piece of information.
According to a Wal-Mart executive, Wal-Mart “participated in an exercise to prepare for an earthquake on the New Madrid fault line” earlier this summer. And officials at the U.S. Geological Survey have just released a report which indicates that they believe that the New Madrid fault zone has the “potential for larger and more powerful quakes than previously thought“.
So should we be concerned? Do they know something that we don’t? The USGS also says that the frequency of earthquakes in the central and eastern portions of the United States has quintupled over the past 30 years, and that significant earthquakes have started popping up in areas of the country that were once extremely quiet.

Washington School Bans Pastors From Proselytizing
"Bainbridge Island School District has said it will no longer allow pastors to proselytize students during school hours. Three pastors, associated with an organization dedicated to promoting Christianity to the youth, were proselytizing students during their lunch break.
After receiving multiple complaints from parents of pastors proselytizing students during school hours, the FFRF sent a letter to the school board stating that “[i]t is both inappropriate and dangerous for schools to grant outsiders carte blanche access to minors — a captive audience — in a public school, let alone have that access to proselytize.”
Danny Smith, one of the youth pastors, said “the only time church may have come in is when they say,‘What do you do?’ my response is,‘I’m a youth pastor.’ Even sometimes say I’m a leader because most of the kids don’t know what a youth pastor is.” He says his reason for being at Woodward Middle School is “not for proselytizing or recruiting, but it’s just there to be there.” This is a rather creepy argument. A pastor going to a middle school, to just hang around little kids doesn’t seem appropriate either.
Unfortunately, it seems that this egregious violation has been taking place for years. It is thanks to the advocacy groups, such as the FFRF, http://ffrf.org/ that we are able slowly end the systematic proselytizing of our children in school."

"one of the nation’s darkest chapters in medical science:"
Evidence suggests CIA funded experiments at state hospital
Rutland Herald Nov. 2008
Few people in Vermont remember Dr. Robert W. Hyde, but one of his former patients can’t forget him. The doctor was involved in one of the nation’s darkest chapters in medical science: In the 1950s, Hyde conducted drug and psychological experiments at a Boston hospital through funding that apparently originated with the CIA. Later, he became director of research at the Vermont State Hospital.
The patient, Karen Wetmore, is convinced that Hyde and other researchers subjected her and possibly other patients to experiments paid for by the CIA at the Waterbury facility.
In addition to her claim, new evidence, though incomplete, suggests that such tests might have been conducted at the Vermont State Hospital.

Tucker Carlson: IRS rules preventing church electioneering is an ‘assault’ on Christians by atheists
By David Edwards August 3, 2014
"Fox News host Tucker Carlson asserted overt the weekend that a group of atheists had launched an “assault on people of faith” because they had asked the IRS to enforce existing anti-electioneering rules.
Last month, the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) announced http://ffrf.org/news/news-releases/item/20968... that the it had settled a lawsuit with the IRS regarding un-enforced restrictions on politicking from the pulpit.
After the 2012 election, FFRF filed the lawsuit over a reported IRS moratorium on enforcing anti-electioneering restrictions. To resolve the lawsuit, the IRS agreed to put “in place a protocol to enforce its own anti-electioneering provisions,” FFRF Co-President Annie Laurie Gaylor said in a statement.
But because the IRS has currently suspended all investigation of tax-exempt entities — including churches — due to a congressional investigation over accusations that the agency persecuted conservatives, the FFRF settlement was expected to have no immediate affect.
On Saturday, Tucker Carlson told Pajamas Media Legal Editor J. Christian Adams that this was another examples of “liberal politicians, liberal groups asking the IRS to crush organizations that they don’t agree with.”
“They want to use IRS as a weapon against Christianity, against faith,” Adams agreed.“Using the power of government to go after faith, that’s what it’s about. Sure, there are going to be churches in the South that go after Democrats, but it’s a much bigger and far more dangerous campaign they’re on.”
“This is basically an assault on people of faith,” Carlson opined.
“They want to turn belief in constitutional principles, belief in God into a political thing,” Adams declared.“They want to use the IRS to go after people who express their faith from the pulpit and urge action. That’s the important part, they want people who believe to shut up.”
Watch the video below from Fox News’ Fox & Friends, broadcast Aug. 3, 2014. " http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/08/03/tucker-...
