I hope he has learned his lesson and stays away the next time she calls him up and invites him over for a little booty call.

She sounds like a old car that still shines from one side and a worn out interior. It's not till you get down the road awhile do you figure out that even that seat is tired. Sitting on the corner lot she looks good at a distance depending which way the sun shine and on closer inspection it starts to take on a lot of miles and wear. Not till you here her engine purr is already to late for buying her a beer. Some cheap tires can throw you off at times just like cheap rubber can get you in trouble. It's only flat on the bottom but you still got to walk.

She was trouble from day one and John should have backed away once he realized what a jealous lunatic she was. He actually should have learned that lesson after his first wife. But he didn't and he is paying the price. Unfortunately his sons are paying the price also, living in some run down apartment on Elliot St and being supported by welfare because the 1st wife lost the house John bought her due to her spending habits and her inability to hold a job. I guess she thought she was special and didn't have to pay property taxes.
The whole thing is really sad and I am glad John is being ordered to get therapy. He needs it!!

Hmm child support keeps the ex in HER house? No wonder men skip out. How about child support for just that, support of the children, not so the ex can live the lifestyle of a stay at home mom.

Not that I think his first wife needs to be dragged into this at all, she is doing the best she can for those boys. But John had custody of the boys, so my guess is no he would not have been paying child support.

In fact John was and has continued to pay child support. The first wife was such a winner that she said one day "I don't want to be a mother any more, and I like black men" and walked out on John and the boys. She doesn't work, she spent all the settlement money in a flash, screwed around with a lot of black men, then settle with one and is now on welfare. She is not kind to the boys. Now she and the second ex are acting like best friends (although they couldn't be in the same room together before) and are ganging up on John.
Sadly it is the boys that have the worst of it.
But for those of you who rant on here without knowing the facts...don't bother, you just look like idiots

You know, it amazes me the crap people sling around. First of all, John's first wife did not lose her home, she sold it. Second of all, the apartment they live in, while maybe not in the best neighborhood, is not run down, and she has made a lovely home. Third, my child is very close to the boys and I will tell you that she spends nearly all her time with them, when she is not working, because yes, she does have a job. John is a friend of mine, and I support him fully, but it really irritates me that people get on here and slander a woman who is just trying to care for her kids. And, who we are attracted to, no matter their race, is a personal preference and the slurs above border on racist comments. Grow up, people.

Typically innocent people do not have to spend 14 months in Jail and plead no contest or guilty if there is no basis for the charges. They also don't typically agree to have sex offender treatment.

sounds like he should play by the rules and hang in there. sounds like she on a destination collision with a increasing spiral of destruction. the kid is a victim of selfishness. It seems that she thinks she the queen in her eyes but the joker in others and will find that the ace trumps all and will take them all down just not the king. Who' up for the next"gain" while the king and the court are putting up the anteing. It's time to pass before you can't float anymore.

As the article states , he plead no contest to tresspassing ( in his house) and breaking the abuse prevention order. He did those things. But what is not widely know is that in VT, a restraining order does not have to be served by the police. As was stated in court, Johns wife hide this documents in with their divorce papers and then did not turn them back in for a month. He did not seem to be clear on what he signed, but that was his own fault. And he is paying for it. During that time they had regular contact.

There is a manditory sentence for those crimes, and he is going to serve it. And unfortunatly who is really going to serve this sentence is his kids.

I just pray that everyone involved will just stay away from each other and move on when this is over, so that everyone can heal.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Virgo

Someone is being headstrong and wilful, and absolutely determined to do what they want. Mercury is retrograde and it's a Full Moon in Cancer with a lunar eclipse all happening tonight! This could lead to some heated discussions and possibly even rows, as you argue the toss back and forth. It might be best to accept that there's very little possibility of reaching an agreement rather than to get locked in a stubborn battle of wills. Besides, you don't want anything to spoil what promises to be a very enjoyable New Year's Eve. Have fun!
