The article says the Canada nuke power plant owners own GMP! That means VT is financing nukes lol! And Pierre Shumlin is a joke (we already knew that).

-and another nuketard like ewe showed his stupidity in the Reformer letters box today, claiming that Vermont won't be able to fulfill it's electricity need without nuke juice since it would take way too many windmills- and he completely ignored solar as well as the possibility of more hydro and biomass etc.
Germany will be able to be nuke juice free by 2050 and already has solar on more than half of all their homes.
People and entire countries waking up to the dangers of radiation-caused megadeath especially after what happened (and Still is) at Fukushima has caused this anti-nuke movement.
We can adapt to a lesser electric use, but there's no way to adapt to living in a radiation poisoned world.
Ain't Nothing to 'lol' about considering the one million that Chernobyl killed nor Fukushima's soon-to-be megadeath mess getting worse by the day
Why Sudden Urgency At Fukushima? What Do They Know?

To the Editor:
The letter from the chairman of the Vermont chapter of the Sierra Club (“Classic Climate-Denial Tactics,” Nov. 1) says the climate-change deniers ignore science. As a nuclear engineer, I agree that they do, and they also cherry pick facts. Change “climate-change deniers” to “radiation-science deniers,” and the letter would still be on target. Opponents of nuclear power deny the facts and history of radiation. Of course, too much of anything is deadly, but managed levels are safe. Levels are managed to be the same or lower than other places in the world.
For a good presentation of radiation around the world, see Pandora’s Box, a documentary shown recently on CNN. It is about leading environmentalists who are so concerned about climate change that they now support nuclear power.

Every one of em in need of a straightjacket & ECT
