It's no wonder Governor Shumlin isn't worried about private sector jobs leaving Vermont.

Money during record debt shouldn't be awarded at all! But since is has been , contracts should be given to the most competitive bidders regardless of the state they are in.

but what is that 'dollar' worth?
in MY 'neck of the woods' there's this thing called the Constitution, it says only Congress has the power to create lawful money, yet that hasn't happened in 70 years!(with the exception of some Silver Certificates issued by order of JFK)
A 'dollar' is supposed to be a unit of measure, just like 'pound' and gallon and 'bushel' etc. are
So answer this- if a person has ten dollars, what do they have ten dollars OF ?
and what is QE2, QE3 etc.?

The U.S. dollar is worth 6.1210 Chinese Yuan, 98.584 Japanese Yen and 0.6269 U.K. Pound. China, Japan and U.K. are the U.S. top 3 creditors.

Federal Reserve Act was enacted by the 63rd United States Congress.

According to the Constitution, that's Step 1, Step 2 and Step 3 of a bill becoming law.

don't ewe understand?
so ewe believe... lawmakers in Congress said it was OK, therefore it must be OK as per the Supreme Law of the Land AKA the Constitution, riiiiiiight
ppffffffffttt!

Supreme Court: Unconstitutional Laws Not Laws At All

no answer to the simple question in #11?
ewe no doubt believe that The Fed is part of the federal government, after all, it's called the FEDERAL Reserve Bank and has an eagle for it's symbol so it must be a legit entity of the federal government right?(same logic must apply to Federal Express)
Pay no mind to the fact that it doesn't have any lawful reserves and is not really a bank.
Pay no mind to the fact that it's exactly what Jefferson and others warned Against us letting happen and what a few presidents strongly fought against especially Jackson, hence the line "Irony is Andrew Jackson on a Central Bank Note"
Federal Reserve notes are not U.S. Currency, they are dept notes, NOT lawful money

President Wilson's famous mea culpa, near death he admitted that he was a shill for the global elite banksters and let them take over the issuance of the (previously lawful) money->
