Cause of loss of condenser vacuum has been identified as Reactor Feedwater recirculation piping separation.

This is a significant accident...depending where it is at.

If it is in the main condenser area...no people in the area, not so bad...

I mean, at 100% power, how much flow could be in the pipe. Really, how much erosion could be going on there. Bet you they don't often check for flow erosion. But there is a lot of d/p between Mcond vacuum and feed pump pressure.
