Sad to say, my wife of many years is separating from me. For the time being,'until she gets her things in order', I have to vacate the house I have lived in for over 20 years. I need a clean, small place to rent for probably six months, eight or nine months at the most. I am retired, but working in retail and do not have a huge sum to pay out each month. I can probably pay about $300 a month during my stay. I will exchange some yard work or minor duties when not at work to keep my rent as low as possible. Any help either finding or providing me with a place to stay would be very much appreciated. I bring references to my good character and will be grateful for your help. You may email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with any information that can help. God Bless...

Have you thought about applying at the Carrol House Apts. in Hayesville. The rent is based on your income and is usually about the loweset rent you can get. The apts are nice too.
