Wading into the politically charged immigration debate, a group of colleges and universities is urging Congress to give illegal immigrants tuition aid and a path to citizenship in light of efforts in several states to block them.

I had mediocre grades and wasn't an athlete, so I had to pay full tuition to college. I am speechless, what can you possible say to this. Why in God's name would this get passed. We are in for trouble.

What about U.S.?? Being a middle class, natural born citizen I have sent three daughters through college. Because my household income was above 60K, only a token amount was available from government grants for U.S. It cost me over 200K to send them through, a debt I will be paying off for the next 15 years. A fundamental tenant of the "Law" in America is that NO ONE is allowed to benefit from an illegal act. Illegal immigrants are committing a 'felony' just by there presence and should not be allowed to benefit in ANY WAY! Come on you liberal slugs, at least take care of your own before rewarding a criminal!
