Holy crap, that's your issue...they have to put it somewhere. So it's your yard, not like you are using it right now. Sure I would understand if they where putting it on your driveway that's wrong but come on. Get over it!
seriously haha

Into your yard? Your YARD??!! THAT'S what's upset you? Is he blocking in your driveway, or blowing it up against one of your doors to block it? If I were your neighbor and found out you were bit**ing about "my" snow covering your precious grass that's what I'd be doing to your house right now!! But I could detect a bit of sarcasm to your rant and if that's the case than you're a real funny dude, lmao!

If they are doing it to be ***holes Tell them to stop if they do not call the police that is harassment. If they are doing it cuz there is no where else to put it and they snow-blow your driveway or your sidewalk for you then shush.

my neighbor doesn't have much choice but to aim his blower at my house or his yard, so when he hits my house he puts little holes in my siding and once he ripped the screen on my door from ice. Try dealing with that. I don't say anything just because, like I said, it's either his yard or my house...

Did the wind blow his snow onto your yard too? Maybe you should sue the wind.

Come back with some real troubles.

Great posts!! I have been shoveling the snow from my driveway into my neighborÂ’s yard for 21 years because it is easier for me to do that, wide-open yard far from her house. Now that we had this big snow storm here in Massachusetts she came to me and told me no to put the snow in her yard anymore. This is a neighbor that I have helped clean her driveway in many instances because she is old. She also has a snow blower and never offers to lend it to help out. SO fine, no more snow in her backyard, also no more helping her even if there are 20 feet of snow out there, like a good neighbor state farm is there.

I'd ask the crazy old loon for an explanation, How is the snow in her backyard adversley affecting her life. If there is no good reason I'd keep on doing it. She might complain but understand there is little to nothing she can do about it. If she continues to complain just tell her you'll have all the snow removed by the end of June lol!

Most of you would change your tune if you had to submit an insurance claim due to a flooded basement caused by excessive run-off because your neighbour is an idiot and caused the excessive run-off.

Bottom line is you need permission to discharge snow onto someone elses property.
Whatever

If your basement floods because of a bit of extra snow, you have more issues going on in the basement in regards to flooding. That person would have to prove it was that little bit of extra snow that caused the so called flooding.

I pay to have my driveway cleaned, but the town snow plow comes by and fills it in again. Then I have to go out and shovel. I think the plows should get out earlier so the
Private plowers can do their job. And we don't have to pay again to clean the end of the driveway that the town fills in. This happens so often .anybody got suggestions?
I am too old to shovel and tired of paying for town's road snow in my drive
