child in danger corruption by authorities and dfs (definite mishandling)

10 years ago my daughter was abducted from Arizona by her mother in a 100% even joint custody situation. She has been on the run since 1997 and too late after she is gone we find out where she has been. My daughter has been abused and brain washed for all of this time.
She is in Taney County, Missouri as I write this.(right outside of Branson and spending alot of time in Branson)
Last year the state of Arizona finally filed felony charges against the mother and listed our daughter as a missing/abducted juvenile. The mother was arrested on Thursday July 27, 2006 and was released on a fugitive bond by a Taney County Judge. We were informed that had it even been a 50.00 hotcheck she would have never been released. We were mortified.

aren't there attornies or a judge that can help protect the young lady.....

there are but we have exhausted most finances on PI's and footwork trying to find my step daughter. This is the 3rd time we have located her and first time her mother has been arrested....any ideas for good lawyers here? we are trying to trust the system, its dfs and sherriff's dept (except for a few great officers) that we are just sick about...

in venice on the lake i know this person that has been hiding from an ex but she says he doesnt pay child support and that he doesnt love or want their daughter.... she is not a nice person and has been limping badly...she has a weird eye problem and even a black eye now it looks like..Try news and media stations..someone should care enough to help

i really dont understand dfs 's positions at all in general in this state , i am deal with a horrable mother , who even made her 7 yo son , claim he would kill his father and himself if he was to go to his father's for Christmas, after repeatedly to admit her son at 4 different hospitals, and conflicting reports at dfs he was finally admited, and after a 4 day incarsration, it was learned the child was forced by his mother to say these things....well to make a long story short, 8 years i have been dealing with dfs in missouri,,, my son is still forced to live in deplorable conditions with a manic deprsive phsycotic, bi polar indivdual...and not turned over to his father that is quite capable and offers a warm and loveing enviorment...i wont even go into the other children all by different fathers that this psycotic, mother makes her liveing off the child support of her four children....So Beleave me I FEEL your PAIN.....craig a.

Not buying the story ... you're telling us this "missing" girl's since 97 mother has been found 3 times but the child is still missing never to be found?
That girl is way into her teens by now. I'm sure she is quite able to dial any number she wants if need be.
Love the way men describe the lady they layed down with as wacked out pyscos after the support order goes thru. All that does is make me question their judgement all the more and in no way trust what it is they have to say.

From what I'm reading it is you that are the abusive one.
Looks to me like the girl didnt care to hear anymore abuse come out of your mouth concerning her mother. The girl will also have her day in court along side her mother and when she does I hope they print this off for the judge to read.
I dont know of too many women that would take the risks she did without a serious reason to do so and from what I'm reading it's clear what that would be.

BTW from what was said that Mother was going to whatever extent it took to get the boy the help he needed. Anger is the result of fear and frustration. The boys actions initially were that of anger once past his anger response his response was to blame his frustration of fear on the safer target "Mom".
I'm betting Dad has had assult charges pressed on him in one manner or another over his lifetime ... am I right?
Think about it - what you know of this woman came from the man you are married to. It wasnt you that lived with her. So you are going by what he said not the first hand experience of living with her.

i think they are out for money my brother was taken out our home for a lack of supervision but dfs did an investigation and concluded it was not proven so why is my brother in fostercare?they are all corrupt.

DFS no longer exists. It's Children's Division. For the record if you would do some research and actually listen to what the workers tell you you would know that Children's Division doesn't take kids. They receive kids. The only people in the state of Missouri that have the authority to take kids are law enforcement, doctors, juvenile officers, and a a judge. The judge makes the decision on who stays in foster care not the Children's Division worker. Stop running your mouth and get your facts straight.

DfS dropped the ball in Lincoln County, Mo near Troy Mo were Demetrius Washington Jr. died even after the daycare worker called and told Children s Division the boy had black eyes and bruises. They also lived in St Charles and call to Childrens Division were made and they did not save this child. How many children will die?????????

CSC I don't think your understanding the issues. The decisions are not made by Children's Division they are made by the juvenile office, law enforcement, or the judge. Childrne's Division always gets the blame no matter what they do. The decision to remove children is left up to the juvenile office, doctors, law enforcement, and the judge. Sometimes they won't listen no matter what the worker does.
