How can someone with multiple Dui's and many other felony charges not be setting in jail. What is it going to take for something to be done to them?

maybe his felony charges have been cleared by jail time or other means and the multiple DUIs have really nothing to do with anything else unless this person has killed someone.
whats the name? look it up on missouri case net.

I hear you, but just because they have a lot of charges does not usually mean life without parole. There are several reasons that could be the case. Need for jail space as the court system has become a huge turnover money machine could be one explanation. I also believe that they cash in time a.nd again each time that these repeat offenders return to jail or prison. Just food for thought
