A New Haven man babysitting an 8-year-old girl in Bridgeport has been arrested on charges he raped her dozens of times.

This babysitter will gets his in jail. Thank the Lord that in May a neighbor of the girl complained to the police that she believed the girl was being sexually assaulted after she noticed marks on the girl's Chest. Where the Hell were her parents? They should had notice that the girl was afraid of the thug.
