Branhaven 348 West Main Street, Branford, CT - After spending over 15K dollars on a used truck I discovered the CD player would not eject the cd. I called on Saturday and left a message with Customer Service.- No calls until Wednesday when the salesman called to tell me about a registration issue (they gave me a temp registration). When the service guy got on the phone he told me the cd/radio was my problem (2 days off the lot)– then they offered to pay half. I paid half $120.00 more for the replacement and it was DEFECTIVE and in worse condition then the one in the truck. I sent it back to service and was IGNORED for a WEEK! No contact by phone or email. I emailed the service dept (using the top of the service claim form - invalid email address), the salesman and the company owner but No reply from sales, owner or anyone else. I had to call them a week after it was in their hands to find out what they were doing. My feeling was nothing was being done until I called! Overall: Sales is fine -(albeit they don't want to be involved after they get you to sign) but the service dept - Don't hold your breath. Would I recommend Branhaven Motors, in one word - NO.
