Rail Link Would Create One Great City

By quirk of history, the central part of Connecticut has two major small cities instead of one large urban center.

linking hartford with new haven, and presumably, also middletown by rail would not create a great city, it would merely combine three dysfunctional minority occupied combat zones into one bigger zone.
