Nelson Perrie Road

I am thinking of purchasing a house and agriculture land on Nelson Perrie Road, Can anyone tell me anything about this area of Brandywine? The address is roughly 15550 Nelson Perrie Road....

Is it all of Brandywine and/or Clinton or just certain parts? Because when I was on Nelson Perrie Road it's off of Croom Road as you head into Charles County, I only saw a lot of farms with cows/horses/agriculture and Nelson Perrie only had about 3 houses in the area I was visiting in a 1 mile radius...

Hi Loni! It's not ghetto out there, some people just have their opinions on entire counties as a whole and not just certain areas. The area of croom road are very quiet and peaceful.. I wish you luck on ur purchase.
