This link has some pictures of Haylee and well as the tier III ( tier III is the most serious designation for sex offenders.) sex offender, Robbie Potter. The ages of the victim's, 10 and 11. Some sites have the name as Robbi Potter.
http://www.mansfieldnewsjournal.com/article/2... This link is for Belmont Correctional Institution where Robbie Potter spent his time in prison. http://www.drc.state.oh.us/OffenderSearch/Det... Kyle Watson, also known as Clye Watson, was also in Belmont Correctional Institute. Clye is Haylee's uncle, who was convicted of having sex with a 12 year old. The Belmont website says convicted of rape. Here is the link for this so called uncle. http://www.drc.state.oh.us/OffenderSearch/Det... Two big time losers and they both was sentenced to around three years in prison. I don't understand why our children are not being protected from these creeps. Three years is nothing compared to what they have done to these innocent children. Now another innocent child is in danger. Oh lets not forget, Potter was also convicted in relation to a bank robbery. This whole story just sickens me, sorry for my rant. |

From what has been pieced together or what I understand, these two losers met in prison. Both being released to Volunteers Of America,( halfway house in Mansfield Ohio). I am very confused on this halfway house. This is a direct quote that i found. I will post link below for this quote.
"You can exit," Bosko said of the treatment facility. "It's secure. You can't just walk in." "Volunteers of America has worked for nearly two decades in the Mansfield area to provide rehabilitation services to formerly incarcerated individuals," said Megan Ericson, communications manager of the Volunteers of America of Greater Ohio. "The safety of those in the communities we serve has and continues to be our utmost concern." Is it just me or is this place backwards??? The convicted felons can walk out but no one can walk in??? Here is the link to this information. http://www.mansfieldnewsjournal.com/article/2... Moving on Clye was released from prison on February 29, 2009 and Robbi was released from prison on May 28, 2009, both being moved to the halfway house. At some point, they started talking again. My understanding from there is Clye was released from the halfway house. Robbi ask Clye to help Robbi escape from the halfway house by giving him a ride. From here, there is so much being told, I have no idea what to believe, Clye admits to telling Robbi to go to a BP station. Clye's story is he only told Robbi this to try and get Robbi in trouble as payback because Robbi owed Clye money. I don't believe nothing that comes from anyone who rapes a child so that means nothing to me. What is known is from the BP station, Robbi went to Haylee's biological dad and ask for a ride. Haylee's father, James Donathon, and his girlfriend, Nichole Kirkpatrick, apparently contacted Candace Watson (haylee's mom) and set up a place and time for Candace to pick up Robbi Potter. Clye Watson, James Donathon, and Nichole Kirkpatrick, have all been arrested and charged in relation to Robbi Potter's escape. All 3 have been charged with complicity to escape. Below is the link for that story. http://www.mansfieldnewsjournal.com/article/2... |
