It's no wonder it's doubled with the laws the way they are in SD. Then we have the legal con artists getting them off (attorneys). The only one's that have any rights are the criminals and no one speaks for the children. Then we have the governor pardoning more and more convicted sex offenders and letting them out of prison before they have served what they were sentenced to. South Dakota is a big draw for sex offenders because the laws here just give them a slap on the wrist while they are ruining the lives of our young. It's pathetic. Shame on you SD law makers.
