JPD should get rid of the thugs on the force before starting a new class, or the old corrupt cop's will corupt the new one's!The sad thing about this is there are a ton of officers on JPD that are just like this black and white. Asking for sexual favors as an alternative for issuing citations. Having sex on squad cars. Lying in court. Oh, it happens. I agree that the shriff's department would be a better choice of help. I would take them anyday over JPD.
