Richland Creek flooding is not the only area in Richland that is a problem. Richland East Subvision is a growing concern after the storms on New Years Eve. Flooding waters crossed over several roads in this area and the cause could be from the pearson road area where owners continue to dig out dirt to sell causing the fast run off. There is a holding pond which coves the south side of the subdivision but now there is great concern for the north side. Federal funding is needed to cover this area
