Special agents gather Rankin school district documents
As Rankin County citizens prepare to consider a $169 million school bond issue, special agents with the State Auditor's Office spent much of the day combing through records at the Rankin County School District's central headquarters in Brandon.

They need to start at the top and work their way down. The school board spent 9 million dollars on their new office, with Supt. Lynn Weathersby getting marble floors in his office and a full bathroom with shower that is nicer than most master baths in Rankin County. He hires his own family members for six figure salaries. All of this money spent while we still have TRAILERS that our kids use as classrooms.
I will vote against the bond issue as long as the current administration is in charge.
