Simple stop government payment to people that have children they can not afford. Why make them electronic prisoners and destroy freedom and liberty?
As long as we support unresponsible child making the poor cycle will never end.
Would a requirement of sterilization be too much to ask for people that have no respect for life?

I actually strongly support forced sterilization of ppl with a history of mental or criminal problems. Same with women who spit out kid after kid.
You know the system is rotten & nearing collapse when even illegal alien women come here to basically milk the system. 53% of latina births are now out of wedlock. 73% of blacks the same. Uncle Sam IS THE FATHER of these children.
This level of illegimacy is NOT sustainable. The good news is that the birth rate is falling even for minorities & white trash. But even then the effects of this will linger for decades.

"more prisons... but nooooooo"
The country does not have the resources to make more laws and carry them out. Perhaps the citizens need to do more of the work.

I agree with capose. There is a 'prison industry' of private contractors who run prisons on taxpayer dime.
Its like Boeing or the other big military contractors -- these ppl milk the govt for corporate welfare.
And people with drug problems -- I agree with Obama on that. I just think they should sterilize these people. That way they can use whatever drugs they want(their body, not mine) & if they die, they die.
Putting people in prison & the drug war has been a total failure. End the police state where SWAT teams now are militarized & kick people's door in -- in military style raids for stupid misdeameanor non-violent offenses. This has to come to an end.
