Harry has no source. He made up the story. We already know Romney has paid more then his fair share of taxes more then once, and while Reid wants to see soon to be President Romney's tax returns, don't ask to see his or his hustler sons. See what I mean about Democrats being desperate. They are resorting to nonsense stories.

I think that both American-Republican-Party and American-Democratic-Party will protect and obey American-constitution.
I think that the problem here is the importance between "Private property" and "People's welfare".

[Wikipedia]
Bill of Rights 1689
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_of_Rights_1...
Provisions of the Act
*no taxation by Royal Prerogative. The agreement of parliament became necessary for the implementation of any new taxes
*freedom to petition the monarch without fear of retribution

Japan is and was different from our America.

Our America places the most importance on Democracy, people's rights, Freedom, and Separation-of-powers.
(Please remember Virginia Bill of Rights, Virginia Declaration of Rights, United States Declaration of Independence, etc.)
(Please remember Bill of Rights.)

People have the rights to protect their own property-rights.
*no taxation by Royal Prerogative. The agreement of parliament became necessary for the implementation of any new taxes
*freedom to petition the monarch without fear of retribution
(I have NO intention to support British.)
(I only want to support our America.)
(Our America got independence from British-King.)

No government nor King can tax people without the agreement from the people.
And, so we America decided to get independence from British.

This is the rights of people and this is called "Private property".
And, so, we need Separation-of-powers.

Japan doesnot understand them.
Japan does not understand Separation-of-powers nor "Private property".

Japanese-politicians falsely use the term "Private property".

These principles exist to protect people's rights.
However, Japanese-politicians exploit these-terms in order to protect aristocrats' and Japanese-emperorís property.
I am afraid that you think that I am a crazy-man.
However, it seems to me that
Japan, Japanese-government, Japanese-politicians, Japanese-bureaucrats, and Japanese-media
are crazier than I.

Dear Americans,

I am deeply sorry to change the subject, Sirs.
I love the U.S.A. I love all Americans.

[1]
When Japanese-society confronts crisis,
Japan and Japanese-media try to back its government to absolute-monarchism.

There is no democracy in Japan.

Besides when problems happen in Japan,
Japan and Japanese-media try to justify Confucianism and its old-society.

Recent actions of Japanese-media are the same.
Under the present struggling situation, Japan needs something.
Japan is now trying to deify "Meiji-Constitution" and "Meiji-Restoration".

However, "The Prussian model of 1850" is the model of "Meiji-Constitution" and "Meiji-Restoration".
And, this Prussian-Constitution of 1850 was one of the most undemocratic-constitution.

Why will citizen's right and democracy go back to Imperialism (what is more, Japanese-Imperialism is based on the Prussian model of 1850)?

Surprisingly (In fact, I think there is NO surprise),
There is no descriptions
about these "Revolutions of 1848" and "Prussian-Constitution of 1850"
in Japanese-textbooks of world-history.

I am afraid that you think I am a crazy-man.
However, it seems to me that Japan is crazier than I.

[2]
The Meiji Restoration (1868), also known as the Meiji Ishin, Revolution, Reform or Renewal, was only a destruction of feudal-society.

This happened all over the world.

When merchants get power
as money-economy develops and as merchant-capital grows,
feudal-society becomes an obstruction of those merchants.

Because, feudal-society is bound to land and is a spot-economy.
Feudal-society is inferior to money-economy
in accumulation and transportation of wealth.

Feudal-society has feudal-lords and Knights.

There are relatively small lords compared to absolute-monarchism.
The power of lords are small compared to absolute-monarchism.
Please remember Holy-Roman-Empire.

When merchants think that feudal-lords are obstructions,
absolute-monarchism and centralization will arise.

This happened at the era of Renaissance or after the Crusades.
That is, around 14th-century, or 15th-century, or 16th-century.

On the other hand,
this happened in Japan in around 1900.

This can happen every nations in the world.
When merchants get power
as money-economy develops and as merchant-capital grows,
feudal-society becomes an obstruction of those merchants.

Because, feudal-society, feudal-lords, and knights form small-world under their power.
There are too many restrictions in their world.

So, merchants wanted bigger frameworks.

(From this point of view,)
(it is extremely natural that)
(Japan can NEVER respond to globalization.)

Besides, what is more,
Japan followed the example of the Prussian model of 1850.

"The Prussian model of 1850" is the model of "Meiji-Constitution" and "Meiji-Restoration".
And, this Prussian-Constitution of 1850 was one of the most undemocratic-constitution.

There was "Revolutions of 1848" in the German states.
People wanted democratic-constitution.
However, the King refused.
After a civil-war, King Frederick William IV of Prussia unilaterally imposed a monarchist Constitution on Prussia.
(During the Revolutions of 1848, William successfully crushed a revolt that was aimed at his elder brother King Frederick William IV.)
(The use of cannons made him unpopular at the time and earned him the nickname Kartatschenprinz (Prince of Grapeshot).)

The achievements of the revolutionaries of March 1848 were reversed in all of the German states and by 1851, the Basic Rights had also been abolished

Many disappointed German patriots went to the United States, among them most notably Carl Schurz, Franz Sigel and Friedrich Hecker.
Such emigrants became known as the Forty-Eighters.

And, this King's undemocratic-constitution was the example of Meiji-constitution.
Japan followed the example of this King's undemocratic-constitution.

That is, this King's undemocratic-constitution was so undemocratic that Germany-people refused with real-actions.

That is, people living in Germany now is the loser and rest of democracy.
(I love all Americans.)
(Those who have American-nationality are Americans for me.)

[4]
In general,
with the development of economy,
society will develop from feudal-society,
and
people get national-consciousness and public-awareness
and
people aware their rights and get a sense of entitlement.

Feudal-society and Confucianism should diminished through such developments.

We must realize that
Confucianism is a kind of class-system, status-system, and caste-system.

Establishment and people in power in Japan
exploit Confucianism
as a method in order to keep themselves as the rich.

Establishment and people in power in Japan
exploit Confucianism
in order to make them rich forever.

So, Japan is crazy.

Very sincerely yours,

William I, German Emperor
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_I,_Germa...
Early life and military career
During the Revolutions of 1848, William successfully crushed a revolt that was aimed at his elder brother King Frederick William IV.
The use of cannons made him unpopular at the time and earned him the nickname Kartatschenprinz (Prince of Grapeshot).

[Wikipedia]
Revolutions of 1848 in the German states
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Revolutions_of_1...
The Revolutions of 1848 in the German states, also called the March Revolution - part of the Revolutions of 1848 that broke out in many countries of Europe - were a series of loosely coordinated protests and rebellions in the states of the German Confederation, including the Austrian Empire.

Prussia
King Frederick William IV of Prussia unilaterally imposed a monarchist Constitution on Prussia as a way to undercut the democratic forces.
This Constitution took effect on December 5, 1848.

Backlash in Prussia
By late 1848, the Prussian aristocrats including Otto von Bismarck and generals had regained power in Berlin.
They had not been defeated permanently during the incidents of March, but had only retreated temporarily. General von Wrangel led the troops who recaptured Berlin for the old powers, and King Frederick William IV of Prussia immediately rejoined the old forces.
In November, the king dissolved the new Prussian parliament and put forth a constitution of his own which was based upon the work of the assembly, yet maintaining the ultimate authority of the king.

The achievements of the revolutionaries of March 1848 were reversed in all of the German states and by 1851, the Basic Rights had also been abolished nearly everywhere.

Many disappointed German patriots went to the United States, among them most notably Carl Schurz, Franz Sigel and Friedrich Hecker.
Such emigrants became known as the Forty-Eighters.

Meiji Constitution
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meiji_Constituti...
The Constitution of the Empire of Japan, known informally as the Meiji Constitution, was the organic law of the Japanese empire, in force from November 29, 1890 until May 2, 1947.
After the Meiji Restoration in 1868, it provided for a form of constitutional monarchy based on the Prussian model, in which the Emperor of Japan was an active ruler and wielded considerable political power (over foreign policy and diplomacy) which was shared with an elected Diet.

Meiji Restoration
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meiji_Restoratio...
The Meiji Restoration, also known as the Meiji Ishin, Revolution, Reform or Renewal, was a chain of events that restored imperial rule to Japan in 1868.
The Restoration led to enormous changes in Japan's political and social structure, and spanned both the late Edo period (often called Late Tokugawa shogunate) and the beginning of the Meiji period.
