Pamela Hubbell-Miller was found dead in Brandon, FL - apparently "suicide". She was a wonderful
lawyer with a promising career and a lovely
daughter -- common thread to all of this is
Lance.

It is so sad. Why would a person who has so much to live for do something like this- it just doesn't fit. Anne still has not been found- She has been missing for two weeks now. The forensic reports on the weapon responcible for the "apparent suicide" of her son Sam has not made its way back yet either. Any luck unraveling events in your area - there has to be something missed.

The family and friends of Pamela Hubbell-Miller should be left in peace to mourn their tragic loss. There is nothing for you nosy detective wannabes to uncover here. Her death was a suicide- tragic as it is. Don't spread your misery to Florida- Try searching harder in your own backyard or across the border. It appears Anne had a lot to run from.

If it was just a suicide- why so close to all the events here? Was she depressed- did anyone notice something unusual about her? This woman just married three months ago, had a beatiful daughter, had a great career- that doesn't spell suicide unless she was mentally unstable. Was she on medication/was she bi-polar? I would think her family and friends would want answers/not a cover up. People can be made to do things against their will- pretty wild (in my book at least) that all three of these lives are connected to Lance and all three of these lives have had drastic consequences in a matter of two and a half months. Will her daughter be in Lance's custody, or will you now grant him visitation - and how will you feel about that? Anne's daughter is in his custody now- imagine how her family feels about this and her safety. It will be interesting to see if Lance gets a huge life insurance settlement in a couple of years. How could one not speculate?

I would think the family and friends of Pamela
Hubbell-Miller would want the truth. Two dead,
one missing, three months = ask Lance. Remember
there is an innocent little girl still out there.

This site is the only information available that helps answer any questions about the death of Pamela Hubbell-Miller. There is no other information available to the public to help them determine if this case is connected to the Elk Rapids case. If anyone has any informations or "concerns" over the "suicide" of Pamela Hubbell-Miller- please share them. We aren't trying to cause the family undue pain, we are trying to get to the truth. The Elk Rapids police still won't say why Sam's suicide is suspicious, yet you have determined rather quickly that a woman who had a very successful career, a mom, a prominent person in your community- that her death was without a doubt suicide? Are you sure- do you need to revisit this and look at the lingering unresolved details going on in Elk Rapdis MI., There is a triangle that connects these people back to one person. I am not saying he did this- it is worth investigation. Possibly someone had something against him and wants him to look guilty? Something strange is indeed going on and we need your communities help to resolve it. Thank you.

You are absolutely right - Ms. Hubbell-Miller's family & friends should be left alone to mourn. Likewise, Anne Avery-Miller's family & friends should be left alone to mourn without your cruel untrue rumored comments. A woman has vanished into thin air and you somehow think she had a lot to run from. Obviously you believe everything you hear. I rely upon facts not rumors, something you might consider before condeming people who think just maybe Ms. Miller's suicide could looks suspicious. Ignorance breds ignorance.

You're an idiot. Pam was working tirelessly on helping him get custody of his daughter from the state. He wasn't even in Fl when she died. There is another common thread... and she has run off...

And after Anne disappeared, guess who finally got custody? Hardly seems worth being on the run...loosing custody of your daughter and all.

I keep hearing "poor Lance"- I feel- Poor Hubbell family- poor Avery family. Your lives have been hurt so much by all of these cicumstances- for that I am so sorry. To get justice for all, the evidence needs to come out- you owe this to your lost loved ones. Not trying to be nosy, but we understand Pam died in her car- was the car checked for fingerprints or fibers of clothing that possibly were'nt hers/ were her finger nails checked. Was there a suicide note left behind that made sence, she was obviously an intelligent woman- did the not fit her profile? What the doors/ windows checked for fingerprints- unwelcome entries? Was her home checked for fibers. How can you rule out foul play unless every possiblity has been exhausted- you owe this to your daughter, relative, friend, co-worker. Come on people- just look at all the circumstances. Read the Elk Rapids post and try to sort through the rumors.

Divorices are messy. Child custody battles are messy. I am a grown "survivor" of the messiest of parental divorice/ child custody cases. I know first hand the kind of mud two supposedly grown people can throw at each other to try to continue hurting one another. I lived watching my parents do this. Neither of them had money, good carreers, ect., They had so many kids lots of lives were affected by their constant nitpicking and "court related fueds"- all in all, I loved both of my parents- their behavior though, was rediculous.I am a grown woman (fourtyish) and it has taken me as well as my siblings our whole lives to put their baggage where it belongs- in the past. I still love both my parents. I am sure Shea LOVES both her parents, and we all can say for sure there has been alot of mud slinging between then. They both have their faults. That doesn't mean one should look away when one of them dissapears. That doesn't mean one should sidestep the issues when the others wife and former step child is found dead., Or when ones exwife is not found after weeks of searching.
As messy as things became in my childhood- my parents are both still here years later- they didn't have as much to live for as Pamela-Hubble Miller supposedly had. They barely could make ends meet. Consider for a few moments that there is more to this story than meets the eye. I, know most of the players in this case. I know Lance, I know Anne, I know her children. I think I know Pam, as well. I would like to think Lance is not involved because it gives me the evy-gevies, but I think we all need to have an onpen mind because none of this fits. There are too many coincidences and too many lives ruined in one short time. Something definately- is not right with this story. Before we blame, we need to solve- and that means we need to provide as much information as one can. If I were wanting to know anything about the Hubble-Miller case it would be wanting to know if Pamela seemed okay to everyone she seen the week before she died., Did she have a mental disorder that would have made her more at risk for suicide. Was she getting along with her new husband.,What convinces you that there no foul play? Had she talked suicide before? Was she unhappy with her life? I realize these are personal questions and her family is grieving- I hope you all realize that to make her life truely worthwhile, you have to let her rest in peace by proving there was no foul play.

For such a hard working and dedicated wife why hasn't there been even an obituary acknowledging the loss of Lance's "beloved" wifes death. For a woman with such a promisin career why was ther no editorial or metion of all her accomplishments. For such a devoted family that just convinces theirselves there could be no foul play why haven't you written an obituary for your lost loved one. There is virtually no metion of her death- ANYWHERE.

I agree I have virtually checked every area for death certificate, obiturary information and there is nothing on the death of Pamela Hubbell Miller. "WHY"??? I question weather anyone cares enough and if they do not look at her death as something eles other then suicide then you are blind, and are not doing right by your daughter, sister, mother.

Perhaps that is because Pamela screwed up in court on the night of the funeral for Sam? It was at the emergency child custody hearing for Lance to take Shae away from Anne, who had just attended her son's funeral.(nice guy. Even the judge said that was wrong to do.) Perhaps Pamela lied in court to benifit her husband for custody? I think she leaped to the rescue and both attorneys looked puzzled and admitted it was the first time they had heard of her statement. Uh oh! Boo boo. Good thing there was a courtroom full of people to witness it. The judge dismissed the case and wouldn't hear it, so they went to Child Protective Services with the same lies (all allegations) and made Shae a Ward of The State.

Talk about abuse of the system and taxpayers $ for personal gain! No, really! Talk about it!

I think she put 2 and 2 together and is hiding.
