Drivers Road Test part 3

I am doing this report because I would like someone to dare to make some little changes in what appears to be an abusing of the power and/or authority giving him absolute judgment on the approval or failure at his own will, without any supervision, this man does his test based to my judgment on very irrelevant or less important points instead be based in more critical issues to be observed on any road test, the job of a examiner is to be sure that the driver in question wont fail to do those important points and to drive in safe way even being in the flexibility of the judgment to give some hints for helping drivers not to fall in any mistakes....there are many factors why a person unwillingly can make an admissible error, one is being nervous mostly when anyone have the impression to be next to someone that looks ready to chop your headů.at the end of the test he just tell you the number of failures and you must take them, according to him you fail whether you agreed or not or in a few words leaving you no other alternative than to re-schedule by paying the fees again.
Thank you for the consideration in the importance of this issue in the good benefit of our community
I consider my self to a very responsible person and a safe driver, I have the knowledge of the rules of many other states, I have never have fail any test when I required to take one, even passed the road test for a commercial drivers license air brakes, passenger endorsement, which take more driving skills than what it takes driving a normal car.
