Why tithe to God? Isn't it just a big lie?
"It’s a cultural disability in America that we worship pleasure, leisure, and affluence. I think the church is doubly damned when they use Jesus as a vehicle for achieving all of that. Like, if you give a tithe, He'll make you rich. Why? Are you hacking Him off or something? "—Rich Mullins

BEFORE giving me a thumbs down, I dare you to read the scriptures and find where I am wrong. You won't be able to.

No one tithes to God today. They only think they do.

Man changed God's definition for His tithe and His instructions for His tithe. NOW, you take the tithe to the church per man's instructions.

Pastors who say to bring The Lord's Tithe to the church are nothing but liars taking advantage of their members ignorance. Sorry, but that's the truth.

HONEST pastors who know The Word teach generous, sacrificial giving, NOT tithing. Only the ignorant or dishonest pastor teaches to tithe today.

READ YOUR BIBLE. Read God's definition in Leviticus 27:30-33. Read God's directions in Numbers 18.

Satan has done a good job fooling the masses of Christians into thinking they are paying God's tithe.

After being secular most of my life I started attending church and now a pastor tells me that I am not honest or obedient to not give "at least" 10% of my income to "him".And I dont show love for God or wont receive blessings if not giving at least 10%. And the pastor says give off the gross not the net after deductions and dont worry about your bills.....God will pay them. Get real.

Crazy is joining a church after years of being secular and having some pastor tell you that you owe 10% of your income before taxes and expenses to him. In a world full of lies, fraud and half lies and half truth on all levels of society extra crazy is someone who actually believes and complies with the pastor's request.

God's Principle of First Fruits.

Because He wants to see you succeed, He has put a system into place based on the principle of “First Fruits.” The Bible references first fruits or first things or devoted things no less than 32 times.

“Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your increase”(Proverbs 3:9).

“When you come into the land which I gave you, and reap its harvest, then you shall bring a sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest”(Leviticus 23:9-10).

God claims the first fruits of anything! It rightfully belongs to Him in His divine order.

When we apply the Principle of First Fruits – First Things First – in our lives, we begin to see that all firsts should be given to the Lord: the first part of the day, the first day of the week (Sabbath), the first month of the year, and the first of our harvest – be it the wages for the first hour, the first day, the first week, or the month.

This month is the most important of the year. Each August I put God first and honor Him with the first of our substance by sowing a first fruits offering. That is a big sacrifice, but it is a seed for the harvest I am believing for in the coming year - 2013. And God always provides!

I challenge you to put FIRST THINGS FIRST and HONOR GOD with your very best today. Start activating the Word by offering God your FIRST FRUITS as a seed for your harvest in the coming year
Sow a seed into my ministry. Maybe $500, maybe $1000 or more so I can spread it. Send all to Pastor Ivan Jakinoff 230 Towson Ave Ft Smith Ar 72901, Your seed shows obedience and honesty and will be rewarded later. All cash, debit credit cards accepted. Bless

This has got to be a joke but the sad things this is what those SOBs say on the church channel and collect from the idiots who believe. And some of this is what the pulpit says too.

Meet me under the Midland bridge on Friday. I want you to lay hands on my rod and my staff and then pound it into a plow. I will then plow your backside until you are free from the demon that lives in your colon.

Naturally there will be a charge of 20 dollars but getting a demon removed from your colon costs money.
